Thanks guys. I feel like I could pull around 650 raw in a conventinal stance. Not bad for a guy who 1. doesnt train raw 2. actually pulls sumo!

Got a good sore today from them. Next week will be high rack pulls. Hope to pull into the 800s using a sumo stance.

Massive weights shifted. I've never seen a 100 pound plate, 25kg is the biggest I have encountered.

its a little over 2in thick. We have 4, only way we can get enough on the bar to squat. Only 45s doesnt leave much room to spot.

You know, it's shocking to think if you loaded up the bar with just 100's, you'd need ten of them suckers on max day!

No direct tri work as I was spent from the shirt bench. Was really happy with what I got done today. Didnt think weights would be that light. This finish week 2 of my 2boards. Next 2 weeks will be 1board. Then some time working on getting to the chest in good groove. I was in much better control of the weights today, but I really need to work on foot placement and drive. Video will be up tonight or tomorrow.

JB, I think you should take at least one rep full range every training session to maintain "the groove".

I agree Roger, I just dont have good control of the shirt right now. I dumped last week with a weight that shouldnt have been an issue. Next week I will take a rep down. Having a lot of trouble with feet position. I got it right on the 750 and smoked them, had some issues with 785, not on the press just being stable.
