lots of various warm ups

shirt on
1x1@605 2board. not enough weight to get down in a good bar path
1x3@655 2board. weight moved fast, locked out was solid. 2 sec hold on 3rd rep
1x0@700 1board. weight was light, but elbows werent under the bar. Dumped back towards face
1x2@700 2board. Weight moved quick, easy lockouts.

skull crushers/presses
3x8+8@ 125lbs.

2x20 band push downs

Not bad for first night back into a shirt. Lots of little mistakes, but thats what happens when you take about 8 weeks out of it. Had no bussiness going down to the 1board tonight. form wasnt good enough for that with that much time off. Overall I cant complain. should be smashing some big boy numbers in no time.
