That's insane squatting and I'd love to see the faces on people if you ever did that in one of those awful commercial gyms (I assume you lift in a proper gym). You passed awesomeness a good while ago!

switched to sumo stance: added bands (guessing 50lbs at bottom, gave out just past knees.

Used the new briefs from Anderson Powerlifting, and a belt. Got some good lower back work. I am going to keep working both stances a little to try and get the back stronger.
