Work sets done with just my old single ply suit bottom. Didnt pull the straps up. All squats were walked out. 625x10 was a rep pr at that weight. Then I went and hand a massive plate of mexican food at a local place. All is great in the world lol

Yep, squat has diff moved, and walk out was easy. Need to work up to something into the 8s over the next few weeks. 800x3 or something like that.

RDL: still sore from Friday

did a few random things for quads, but couldnt hit it the way I was looking. I was still really sore from Friday. The goal next week it to work up to 575 for a few reps in the RDL.
