1st day back since the meet. Took it easy.

RDL: starting from bottom pin off mat.

3x8@135
2x8@245
2x10@335
1x6@435
1x1@435

Used straps on all sets due to finger. Still doesnt really bend much, and by the time i got to the 2nd set of 435 I thought it might explode. Called it a day at that point, bench day tomorrow.

Thanks guys. Was expecting a little soreness, but none ever set in. RDL or Good Mornings will be the main movement on Mondays for the next 4-6 weeks.

Called it a day there. Tris were smoked, pec a little tender. Not bad for first bench day back. Finger is healing slowly, but making some progress. Bodyweight was 305 at the gym. Down about 10lbs since the meet.
