705 was very smooth. Prob the best it has been. 800 is right around the corner. Not sure how many people can bench over 800lbs after a 1k squat, but hopefully I will be one in a few months!

Friday was my last workout before the meet next weekend. We had freshman field day. So i spent 5 hours on my feet in the sun. I lost 4lbs of water weight before I got to the gym. Went in with the attitude that if it felt like crap I was just going to call it a day.

Weights didnt feel great, but everything moved very quickly. I could have squatted into the mid 900s with no problem on friday, after being in the sun all day. Leaves me feeling well going into the meet. We only had 2 people in the gym, so I had Honeycutt working the monolift. Jr back spotted, so there was nobody to call depth. Honeycutt called it from the front, and the 905 was plenty deep enough. I will prob take it another inch deeper at the meet, just to set the tone for the rest of the day. Nothing left to do but rest, get mentally focused, and get plenty of water. I still have to get off a few lbs before the weigh in on saturday.

sitting at 308.5 right now. hopefully I will drop a lb or 2 over night (typically i have lost 3 each night this week). looking good for making weight!
