Deadlift

1x1@705- bent over too much, made the rep harder than it should be.
1x0@725- fixed the set up issue, got the shoulders farther back. Came to the knees pretty quick, but just didnt have it. Got pretty dizzy after that rep.

Hopefully with the deadlift bar I will have a shot at 725. I will just need to be patient. I want to start my pull too early rather than waiting for me to get in a better position. Lesson learned.

I also pulled in my single ply suit, as the Boss is really tight. It takes 30mins to get it on, with the use of the monolift. I will not have that kind of time at the meet, plus my legs will already be pumped. Figured it would be better to go with the suit that is easier to get on.

Good shout on the gear buddy; the path of least resistance and stress is always best come game day. Definitely 725 at the meet. I always pull more in competition.
