What are your meet opening weight plans J? I see 700 for bench, 905 for squat? And ? for deadlift.
Ungodly numbers those are!

1x6-8@425- cant remember how many I did, somewhere between 6-8. Reps were actually pretty light considering.

3x10 band pushdowns

I had to use a liftout guy who had never done it before, and it showed. I was going to do a few reps at 600 to get the shirt set, but he grabbed it at the top on the first rep. lift outs were ugly, but not as bad on the next two attempts. I figured it was better to call it a day, than to risk anything this close to the meet. Good news is that even when things go wrong, I can still smoke 700. Also that is the lightest weight I have touched, which is good. May open there instead of 715.
I'm sure you will smash some records in the meet ... keep motivating ...

Pretty close! 900, 700, then whatever number I need to secure the pro total for the dead. Prob low-mid 600s. Going to 700 on the 2nd attempt.

Good job JB. I think 700 will be a safe opener for you. It's actually good to have a bad handoff in training. Makes you confident you can handle it come meet day. Good luck.

I was shocked at how easy it was really. Everything that could go wrong did, and I was still plenty strong enough to muscle through 700 and 725. Has my confidence pretty high. Still leading towards taking a pretty safe rage 2nd attempt. 740 is whats on my mind now. Then really jack the shirt and go for broke on the 3rd LOL!
