1x0 @765 set up, lift out, everything wrong from start

1x0@805 very close miss. This might be there on meet day.
Never been happy after a miss before until that one. I really wanted to try and touch 675, but there is No Way! 715 has been good, so next week I will double it, then try 805 again.

JB, hold that shit at lockout for about 3 seconds until you rack it. You're in hurry to rack it. Not good come meet time. Just flare your elbows out at the top and you can hold it there all day.

I said something about that at 765, and back spotter told me he forgets haha! I told them that worries me!!!! I am thinking of doing 715 for a few sets of singles next week. what you think?

Sometimes spotters get to worried when the bar is loaded. The back spotter should give you a count and rack command(if he can remember).

I think it would be a great idea to hit several singles with 715. If they all go well, a 325Kg opener would set you up some some BIG weight!
