Are you training with weights or small cars? Perhaps I found the guy to help me get my OH press numbers up. LOL

Haha! OH press is all about just doing it. I typically only do mine seated, but that is because I suck at it standing haha!

All squats were done in wraps, old brief, walked out, narrow stance inside shoulders. No belt, all reps well below depth.

Good work tonight. Really got some core work in, and the limited gear made it a lot easier on the body.
