Just looked through the calander. I have 7 training weeks untill the APF nationals. I think that is the meet I will set my sights on.

Today was my 2nd workout in my Titan Boss squat suit. I got to the gym pretty early to make sure I worked by back on the roller, and got nice and warm. I did not do my normal weights as we had to use a 2nd set of hundreds for saftey, but how many meets do you take your exact weights anyway?

Weights all felt great. Set up was good, I actually took a little wider stance than normal. The bar had a good bit of bend, so it made it hard to clear the pins on the monolift. The bar is already starting below my chest, so I dont think i could get it any lower. Thinking about ordering a pair of Boss briefs, but dont know if I will have time to break them in and learn them before the meet. I left the gym knowing 2 things. 1. I can squat 1k, and will do it plus more at the meet. 2. The multiply world better make way, because I am going to make some waves!
