Nice benching! At least one of us knows how to bench in a Titan shirt! LOL....i bombed on the bench at the ironman btw....i'll def be needing some more tips from you if i ever want to get through a meet!

JB, I think you should hold the weight at lockout for a 3 count before racking. It's going to happen at meets to make sure you are locked out. If you are really locked out, you can hold it all day. Hate to see you lose a lift for early racking. Lookin' strong though..

It was, I was able to get it down in a better line. I just dont want to open with a weight that big.

I saw....but I wasnt going to say anything haha! We have all been there. Ryano is the guy to ask about a Titan shirt, he is still trying to fix all my mistakes!

I will do that next week, I had them give me commands this week, but the audio is always way off for some reason! I will just have the back spotter count it off, then give a rack command. I am about 7 weeks out. Any suggestions about training? Last week I couldnt touch for anything in the world, pulled the collar up and was in good shape. Worried I have spent too much time on the 2board and need to relearn how to touch in a decent groove. Does it look like I rotated the bar down too much to touch? Sorry about the 50questions, just feel like I am not hitting the weights I should be.
