Just some light muscle sorness, untill today! Had a fight break out at school. Had to make about a 200yrd sprint on the concrete in dress shoes. Knees offically suck now!!!!!

Bench: A little better today. Writing this from memory, so after I look at the video I may have to edit the reps.

3x6@135
3x6@225
2x4@315
1x2@405
Assassain on
1x2@495 3board
1x2@585 2 board then 1 board
1x1@655 chest
1x1@675 chest
1x1@705 chest
1x25@225 Ram

Out of all the lifts the 705 was the best. All reps were done with commands, and held at the top like Ryano suggested. I was being flatten out some because of the weight. Something I really have to work on. Because of that, my start position and my locked were way different. I kept the collar really high to make sure I could touch weights. Another week or 2 of touching in the shirt and numbers should climb. Just have to learn where the shirt wants to be and when to react to it. Will post the video up tonight or tomorrow. O yeah, bodyweight back over 300lbs.

I am not built to do reps anymore, but I can still knock out a few from time to time.

A 705 bench is way out there in the realms of ridiculousness. Awesome work and the reppage too! I guess you'd do well in the NFL bench trials 25 reps is high even by their standards!

I can imagine the fear in the eyes of kids when they see a 300 pound beast hurtling towards them. I bet the fight was stopped fairly quickly

I was actually invited to the combine after my senior year in college. I did 32 reps there. I was only about a 440 raw bencher then. You are right, the fight stopped pretty quick when I got there haha!
