Thanks Carl....I am trying a steady as she goes program for the next 5 or 6 months with small increases over time...Trying to keep the weights in the 80-90% range..

I am going to move back to them for bench. The older I get, the less I like heavy bench rep sets, and the more I like lots of warmup singles.

Great bench session btw. Do you have a defined rest between singles, or do you just go with feel?
