Jesse's Pursuit of Power
I am beginning a new push to up my lifts today and am going to utilize an abbreviated version of Doug Hepburn's Power routine...I Will go 3 days a week and alternate 2 routines.
Bent Over Rows
Stiff Legged Deads
The routine will start with 4 singles on each exercise and will increase one set of one rep per workout until I hit 10 sets of 1 rep per exercise. At that time I will increase the weight and start back at 4 sets of 1 rep again and so on and on...
Today's workout..I have a chest cold but decided to begin anyhow..
295x4 sets of 1 rep
115x4 sets of 1 rep
170x4 sets of 1 rep
All weights felt pretty light so I think that it was a good place to start.
