Hey guys!!

I havent forgotten about lifting, just changed routines. On MAdcow 5x5 atmo, but im switching to 5/3/1 once I have the assistance lifts finalized, which should be next week . I will make a log for it when I start .

Did some 1RM testing though as well, so im posting up the lifts

Deadlift: 185kg (407lb)
Bench: 105kg (231lb)
Squat: 135kg (297lb)

Real good density going on Spart. Your mid back is also thick as heck...deadlifts and clean power!

Just keep adding lbs on the bar, and you'll get where you want to go.
