Thanks for the support guys!!!

Here is todays routine

Squat 3x5
70kg 1x5
75kg 2x5

Snatch Grip BTHP (Thanks to Carls Log) 3x5
25kg 1x5
27.5kg 1x5
30kg 1x5

Deadlift
60kg 2x5
85kg 1x3
120kg 1x2
145kg 1x5

Rows
75kg 2x5

Notes:-
Squats - Feeling better, hip flexor is still hurting a bit so taking it a bit easy on squats. They seem to be the only lift the hip flexor injury affects . But I am progressing which is the important thing . 10lb progression from last week on squats.

Snatch Grip BTHP - First time I did this, got the inspiration from Carls log. I was worried the OHP was too much for the anterior delts, with bench and all the other lifts. They felt great! Love them . Thanks Carl!!!

Deadlift - Felt GREAT! Though after my last set a trainer came up to me and told me I was making too much noise and that next time I need to be more quite lol.

Rows - I used to hate these, but I love them now . They are great . They feel good progressed from last week which is good .

If your hip flexor's not getting better, get it looked at.

Nice lifting otherwise

Thanks! I havent, I think my next investment is going to be a foam roller and learning how to affectively use it . I have seen them used a lot in Ltl's log.

Thanks for all the support guys

Here was Fridays workout

Friday
Warmup Sets
Overhead Squat (in a snatch grip) 2x3
bar 2x3

Snatch (no hook) 3x3
30kg 3x3

Working Sets
Snatch 3x3
42.5kg 1x3
45kg 2x3 (+2.5kg progression)

Warmup Sets
Powerclean/Front Sqaut/Jerk 1x3
45kg 1x3

Clean 2x2 (no hook grip and 2 cleans and 2 jerks for each rep)
60kg 2x2

Working Sets
Clean 5x1 (hook grip, the 1 rep is 2 cleans and 1 jerk)
67.5kg 2x1
70kg 3x1 (+2.5kg progression)

High Pulls (snatch grip) 3x3
70kg 3x3 (+5kg progression)

Front Squat (clean grip, completely down to full deep squat) 3x3
70kg 3x3 (+2.5kg progression)

Bench 3x5
85kg 3x5 (finally hit 3x5)

Notes:
Snatch - Getting better at these, especially completely extending and landing in a full deep squat. They are becoming more and more natural
Clean and Jerk - Weight is feeling good . Though I need to work on my landing in split stance.
Snatch Grip High Pull - These felt great , accidentally added 5kg instead of 2.5kg, but I got them out and it felt light, so im happy
Front Squat - They are getting better. I just need to work on back position
Bench - Finally hit 85kg 3x5, Im hoping I start getting a bigger and better bench soon. I seem to have a lot of trouble with it

Overall - Felt great , the Oly lifts are getting more and more natural which is great . I am going to introduce a grading system for them. Where A+ is a good clean pull and a nice bound out the hole, and F is a failed lift. Then there will be grades between A+ and F depending on how it feels.

My hip flexor is giving no pain which is great
