Thanks LtL! Focusing on form on the CGBP at the moment, making sure i get the feeling through the triceps and not chest. But 2PPS is definately in the near future.

So after a big weekend the diet has been terrible lol. Wednesday is the last night of drinking for atleast a few months. Im actually very excited, iv gotten all my recent drinking out of my system and am ready to put 110% of my focus into eating and lifting.
Iv decided when my waist is 34" il be going back onto a long term bulk until im happy with my size. Iv been told iv lost a bit of my bulk during this cut and while some fat has been lost im sure some muscle has too. First time cutting has definately been a good learning experience.

So! Plans for the near future -
34" waist.
Start bulk #2
KILL BULK #2.
140kg (3pps) bench.
100kg (2pps) squats for REPS.
180kg (4pps) deadlift.
BRING IT ON!

Im also looking for some opinions on what program i should do when starting my new bulk.
I cant choose between a strength or bodybuilding routine. Im thinking maybe a strength routine (5/3/1 or starting strength) and with the excess calories il gain muscle from the BBB lifts.

Thoughts? Please

I think the 531 with BBB or even 3 assistance lifts in the 6 to 10 rep range focused on progression would serve you well. Keep most of them compounds.

That's my vote.

Best of luck smashing your goals.

Went to the gym today, wasnt feeling it and knew i wouldnt do well after a big weekend of little food.
bench press - 110kgx7/5 , 100kgx8. down 2 reps on last week
Incline DB press - 38kgx8/6/6 down 2 reps.
DB curls - 16kgx10x3.

Left it there, was angry and annoyed. I think im gana start bulking again, i want to get bigger now im starting to feel small and weak.

Good news about the bulk... i dont think anyone your age should cut, unless they are unhealrthly overweight, but you already know that

I agree a good 5/3/1 template would serve you well.

Focus on big compounds, a couple of assistance exercises (compound too) and a dedicated path for progression.... Cant go wrong with that mate.

I have a couple of templates for 5/3/1, but BtB or LtL are you men for it really

Carl.

I think 5/3/1 is the way forward for you. It'll add size and strength. Need to see that squat vid' before we structure your assistance really though.
