Starting to hit the gym again, hit my first workout today:

Squats
45x5
115x5
155x5
185x5/5 then stopped because i felt a pinch in both hammies, first day back, taking it easy

Bench
45x5
65x5
95x5
125x5/5/5 easy

BB Rows-
95x10/10/7

BTN Press-
75x10/10/8


loved it, i missed the gym so much. felt great

Okay so last night I officially ended pledging, finding out was honestly one of the best feelings I've ever had in my life! I'll be hitting the gym consistently now. :mh:

Squat:
45x5x2
95x5
145x5
185x7

Bench:
45x5
65x5
95x5
125x8

DB Rows
45x15/12/10

DB Shoulder Press
35x12/11/9


feels good. cant wait to get into the gym monday and really get going

What happened bro did u get stopped for a couple weeks and lose strength or what happened, i seen u were missing just like me, nonetheless strong workouts

yeah i had to stop lifting for like 6-7 weeks so i lost a bit of strength

and here it goes:

Squat racks were taken so i started with bench today

Bench Press-
45x8
95x5
135x5/5/5

didn't lose much strength here, impressed myself

Squats-
45x8
95x5
135x5
185x5/5/5


hit all 3 sets this time without much of a problem, awesome

BB Rows-
95x10/10/10 added a few reps here, up 5 pounds for next week

BTN Press-
75x10/10/10 probably gonna keep this here for next week

chest is already sore haha, i guess that's what happens when you don't like for a month and a half
