175x5 this last set i had the best form and felt no pain anywhere, sticking with this

195x5 i love deadlifting movements so much, this weight will be much higher soon

Upper power took me like 40, lower took 30, but I expect the hypertrophy days to take around an hour. And once the weights go up it'll probably start taking longer

Nice job! Definitly moving along.

Hope that pain in the knee is nothing. Was it muscle or joint? You shouldn't feel pain in the knee because of weight when you are squatting, generally. I know when I was feeling some pains I went back and checked my form against various tutorials and made sure I was doing things right.

Good form usually equals no pain, well, no joint pain anyway!

thanks Mike, it seemed to be joint pain, but i pushed my knees out further on the last set and worked on form and it was fine.
