I had collar bone issues before, just R.I.C.E it and try to work around it, avoid using is in lifting. Its hard, boring and sucks but you will lift more in the the long run if it heals up good. SMASH FREAKING RECOVERY!

On a side note that Deadlift/Back session looks brutal. CROM smiles upon you.
