Default FMS Full Body Log

I couldn't keep working out nearly every day that my previous routine required.
With school and work, it just required too much time and energy that I couldn't spare.

So today I went back to a full body routine.

I'll be posting up here.
If BtB sees this, can you lock down my other log? Or if it doesn't really matter then just leave it lol.

Day 1

Squat 5x5:
225
275
295
315
325

DB Bench 5x5:
55
60
65
70
75

DB Bent Rows 5x5:
50
55
60
65
70

Skullcrushers 3x8:
80

I got a bunch of samples (Thanks for RippednMichigan and TJB for the sample thread) from Controlled Labs today. I used the White Flood Pre Workout and I'm not sure if it's because I haven't taken a pre workout supplement in nearly half a year or what, but the workout went smoothly today.

Only thing is I rarely use dumbbells so I was confused with my form and weights haha.
Not sure which weights to start on. I now know to start higher than I did today.
I felt my DB Rows were off, so I might either use the Barbell or Heavy Low Pulley.
We shall see.

Overall, pretty good day.
FMS.

Thanks for the sub Swede. Gonna need the luck lol.

Day 1
It's doesn't really matter. We generally jeep them open just because it's one less burden on the moderators.

First workout looks solid. Best of luck.

Day 2

Front Squat 5x5:
135
185
205
215
225

Deadlift 5x3:
225
275
295
315
315

Push Press:
115
120
125
135
135x3 Wrist started hurting.

Overall I enjoyed it. Some guy joined in with me on front squats.
He dug deep like I do and that was cool. Lifted at my school gym today.
Everyone was on the benches and curlin' it up. People seem intimidated by squats and dl's.

I'm gonna replace my Push Press with something else. Something with dumbbells because I want to feel it in my shoulders more and less strain on my wrist.

I'm thinking Arnold Presses? Any suggestions? Thanks,
FMS

No on the arnold press, This format was awesome, However if you wrist started hurting maybe try Oh DB Press or B.T.N push Press ..Try different types.. BB Press hurts my wrist as well but Heavy DB Press does not.

Thanks Max for the suggestions. I'm gonna try out the DB OHP.
But why no to the Arnold Press?

Anything in specific?

And thanks again Swede. Good to hear your leg is better.
