It's not really a leg lift. Grab the bar and stand up. Make sure your head isn't down. Also what is your foot ankle? Do they follow the line from your hips to your knees? You might know this, but I am just paranoid. Don't want you to get hurt.

Post up a video when you can so we can check it out.

I think my position is fine. Just feels a bit awkward having my arms inside my legs.
I'll record myself on Friday or Saturday and post up.

Front Squats 5x5:

DB Incline Bench 5x5:

Low Pulls 5x5:

200

Today was a bad day and it effected my squats and bench for sure.
The weirdest thing was my pulls felt easier than ever.

Just one of those days. Gotta do something though.
