Day 3

I could definitely tell the difference of not having a Pre Workout supp this time.
But it still went decent.

Front Box Squat 5x5:
135
185
205
225
245

Incline DB Bench Press 5x5:
50
55
60
60
65

Low Pulls 5x5:
100
120
140
145
160

EZ Curl 3x8:
70

Bonus Round:
Legs didn't feel like I hit it well enough so I did a little extra.

Pistol Squats 2x5 each leg @ BW

My Bench felt it the most. Definitely felt weaker there.
Otherwise, can't complain. It was a decent workout for me.

Finalizing my purchase at the M&S store for my multi-vit's, BCAA, and fish/flax oil
Big thanks to Carl, BtB, LtL, Rich, Gasp, Max, 5kg, Swede, Michigan and others for this past week with support and all my questions on my workouts/exercises and supplements.

Got a lot of good info.
If I missed you on the shoutout sorry. I was rushing this entry in cause today's perfect weather to practice batting!

Good work man on the front box squat.,. Can you hit 135 with out a box? Actually good work all around..

Yeah to be honest, I'm not sure why I did box squats.

Day 4

Squats 5x5:
225
275
295
315
335

DB Bench Press 5x5:
50
55
60
65
65

Low Pulley's 5x5:
100
120
140
160
165

Skullcrushers 3x8:
60

Did my hyperextension warmup and my lower back felt a little sore.
First time this happened. Kinda ruined my squats.

However, first time I felt my chest really get worked on the bench. Never felt that before.
Usually it's my shoulder.

I took a sample serving of Purple Wrath from Controlled Labs.
I didn't feel it work at all. Only thing I felt was the tingling face sensation.
However, I know it worked cause I didn't feel drained at all during the workouts.
But it was weird cause I didn't feel LETS GO LIFT YEAH! like I do when I take other pre workouts.

Anyways, I got a sample of Fast Twitch today. Gonna see how that one goes.

Day 5

I'm sorry if this sounds like whining, but has anyone else had a crap day that ruins the workout?

This day was ass.
Workout preparation was horrible.
Also, had my first automobile accident. Literally a two inch scratch, but insurance is gonna go up.

Anyways, this isn't a diary so let's get to it.

Oh yeah. School changed out the power cage for a smith machine.
SO!

I have had plenty of crap days that wanted to make me avoid the gym. At least you moved iron. That's how real, lasting results are forged...you lifted when you could have made excuses.

Long after you have forgotten about the accident, you will still have the fruits from this workout.

I think so Bam. I walked in and looked at it and went "...what?"
Doing my front squats felt so weird.

I'm gonna have to change around my Friday and Wednesday Squats.

Bright side, I got my preworkout supp. shipped in. Success!

Day 6

Pistol Squats 3x8:
BW

DB Incline Bench 5x5:
50
55
60
65
70

Low Pulls 5x5:

Today went pretty well.
Had a mishap yesterday of eating fake beef made form cornstarch so I had to workout yesterday and today. My mind was a bit out of it so I sang to myself. Oddly enough, it helped.

Breezed through today.
On to Monday!
