Keep building it up! Maybe try upping your volume over time as well till you're back at former CnP levels. Then you can go from there.

got lazy again over spring break partying everyday

hit shoulders on saturday with my friend and killed it. finally stopped getting cramps in my traps yesterday. hit legs monday. I still cant walk, not exagerating. its embarassing, i wobble around.

as far as weights go, for shoulders im pretty much lifting the same weight -a few reps or pounds... surprising after a few months off.

as far as for legs i did front squats. my sets were like 135x6, 155x5, 185x4, 185x4. by probably the 2nd set i already had extreme leg cramps. after this i could barely do 4 plates per side on leg press without my legs shaking like crazy... its gonna take a while to build back up. tomorrow i'm going to be doing chest/tris. then back and bis saturday.

i'll map out a max ot workout finally someday soon and actually post full workouts...




random note: i finally watched the movie fight club just a few minutes ago and holy **** my minds blown...
