1) Front Squat -
Weighted used
135/200 x8 sets

2) Hack Squats/ Body Weight Lunges Super Set
Hack - 135x5x25
Lunges - 5 x 20 both legs

3) MMA Speed Boxing Drills on Heavy Bag/ Explosive Jump Squats
Speed boxing with weight vest on @ 100lbs x 5 rounds x 100 strikes per arm in combos
Explosive Jump Squats with Weight vest still on - 5 x 5 x 25

4) Triangle Foot Work/ SLDL Super Sets
Triangle - 5 x 40 each leg
SLDL-100x5x12
