Dang Jim! That 440 pull looked like cake! That 380 squat looked like icing and depth was buried! Awesome session!

At least the raps keep you from excessive fidgeting around once you unrack the weight haha!

Thanks Rich!! Words cannot express how happy I am to get my squatting back in order. Haha - definitely no farting around with those wraps on. However, once I get a Sunday Squat day in with the crew they will show me how to properly wrap as I am sure it can be done better.
