Great session and videos Jim. Your bench looked very stable and strong. I noticed you weren't shaking like you have in the past. That is great.
Your pendlay row was impressive. Very solid.
Great job on exceeding expectations on the OHP.

He did say recently tho that the light bulb went on and he now understands! Hopefully he is now able to get to work mentally and physically.

Thanks Big J! The Crew has told me that I know I am tight when my tremors are at a minimum. So your comment tells me I was tight!

Indeed, all is well right now - even my lower back feels like a million bucks.

Not quite back yet! I actually switched my flight from Moscow to New York from the 21st to the 19th, so I'm back in New Jersey until Saturday the 22nd. Then I'll be heading back to Canada, then back to my own city on Sunday

Worked really hard tonight. Only issue was a bit too much lower back rounding for my liking. I know what caused it - I have been experimenting with head positioning. I know if I look up slightly I can get back straighter and be a bit tighter. me fix for next time.

The 405 felt so good, I likely would have had 2 more reps but grip was starting to slip on the 4th rep. I knew I had a bit more in the tank, so I went for a heavy single - of which was welded to the floor 10 days ago. Nailed it today! It was simply bugging me that I missed it last time. Now that I have scratched the itch, I will go for 410X5 next week and leave it at that. I promise!!

185 felt great for the top slice. So good in fact, I rolled with it and was able to do a 20 repper for a finisher.

Just watched the vid. Your hips are gonna be trashed tomorrow, I can tell by the way you use the stretch reflex on the squats. On the sumo's is there anyway you can externally rotate your hips and knees so you can get closer to the bar? How tall are you? Wheels are lookin good on the squats, no homo.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
