CREW BENCH SESSION

This was one of those training session where something was made out of nothing. After the 265 miss, I thought I was done, but the guys ordered me to take a quick 30 second break, and then redo it. Boom, nailed it. At that point it was all systems go. Mario calling me a girl and a few other choice 4 letter words helped fuel the session. He also took charge of my weight selection.

The Foamyspongythingy is about 2 inches thick, and gives some bounce of the chest, I reckon similar to a slingshotramthingy. Speaking of which, I ordered a slingshot today!

As I already mentioned, It was really sweet that the boys were able to help me make something out of nothing today. Form/tightness was inconsistent, but overall passable.
