Thanks so much Kuyt! I also had a super day on the MedX BB!

I got +12 reps today. I have met my goal of maxing out the ROM on the machine @ 75 degrees, reaching over 2 minutes of solid paced reps, and reaching over 40 reps. The only goal left on the machine is to be able to do all of the above at a resistance level of BW (218 lbs) I am at 165 lbs now, but the Doc said he can now more aggressively up the weight since I have reached all the other goals.

During today's sesh, I really got angry as I was faltering at 30 reps. At that point, I called the machine a MF Bitch and got possessed and then cranked out 11 more reps. The Doc was just amazed, as he has never heard nor seen anyone do that on the machine before. I simply refuse to be beaten by this machine. I want a strong healthy lower back more than anything right now as I know it will transfer big time to my squat and deadlift.

SQUATS & MOAR SQUATS

I literally cannot believe my body is able to do this right now. It felt great from start to finish. I also cannot believe it appears as tho I have been a big ball of inflammation for God knows how many years. It never occurred to me before now that if my immune system was causing eye inflammation, it was likely causing inflammation in many other areas. I guess I must have thought it was normal. I am just beside myself at how empowered I feel right now. All this just 7 hours after a MedX session!
