Thanks Alan - indeed, I have never felt better nor more excited. This time is going to be different, I can just feel it. I even decided, with the help of Mrs Squatter, to resume my MedX Back Bitch rehab on Tuesday. I have only 5 sessions left, which will be done over 2.5 weeks. This will make my lower back even stronger before the meet. That machine has been a Godsend to me, even tho I hate it.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks Big J! That means alot to me. When my lower back is strong(er) and healthy, PR's are gonna fall and soon. It's still hard for me to fathom that my lower back has been a big weak link for so long, and I never realized it.

This comeback will be different as there is no way I should crap out again at a 405+ squat.

Thanks Moe!! That session just happened - it really was what my body wanted to do. I enjoyed it right to the last rep. I cannot say the same last time I did 100 deadlifts.

JIMGYM BENCH/MEDX BACK BITCH SESSION

I simply have never felt better in my life. I have recovered weeks early from my eye surgery and my Birdshot has stabilized, which the surgeon said he has never seen before so quickly after surgery. My Chiropractor is amazed at how fast my back got aligned. The MedX Doc today couldn't believe how I crushed it, even after being away for 4 weeks. My ROM on the machine increased 10 degrees. He said that is unheard of. I am literally just in tears of joy at how good I feel. I have to give much of the credit to my diet and supplement changes that have obviously proven to have reduced my inflammation caused by my immune system. The Silver Biotics supplement is just freaking amazing. It is even helping my daughter with a health issue where she gets cold hands. The Docs could not figure it out and she was kind of hopeless. I want to fly down to Florida and give Lisa a big hug.

As I mentioned above, I crushed the MedX machine today, even after just 1 day of recovery from deadlifts on Sunday. Although he kept it at the same weight, 165 lbs, because of the layoff, I did 10 degrees better ROM and 2 extra reps in 23 less seconds than last time. Lower back still feels great, even after benching tonight.

Even tho i have lost some strength, I couldn't be in a better position 6 weeks out from my meet simply because of how unreal amazing I feel. I am 100% what I eat. It is worth doing without potato's tomato's and dairy
