I didn't know that was called "heaving" and good point that I never thought of wrt good leg drive may have caused it. I do tend to really get solid leg drive.

I like your attitude. When one door closes another one opens. Besides, I think you're a long way from done with respect to your back. SOunds like there's good reason to be optimistic after a few more Drs opinions. I hope so anyway. Too soon to change your name to Bencher anyway!

I will have to ask Mrs BTB if Mrs Squatter can borrow it

Thanks Mike!. I do have some hope now to not only deadlift again but to stay healthy while doing it. Last thing I need is for this to happen again.

Next opinion isn't until April, but I hope to be pulling again before that. I'll keep trying. Bencher is out and presser may be in!
