how in the world were you not sore!!!!

I did something similar this week and did sets of 25-50 on everything and almost died!!!

Edit: Just watched your vid Jim What a kick in the gut!! I won't try to advise you on what to do. You will figure out what is best for you and then go full steam ahead!! I am behind you 110% on whatever you decide to do. I remember something about lemonade though
