Thanks Al!! I'm not counting on my lifts to JB-ish, but I'm working on it!

Indeed, my max attempts in a few weeks will be interesting. I also have a meet coming up late April/Early May.

Ya, agreed. I could only manage 1 set of 6 with 65's. Thought I would get all 4 sets with 65's at first.

JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 7 DAY 4 BACK ME

Well, rack pulls were definitely a no-go tonight. As it turned out, even light speed pulls were not going to happen. I could barely get 135 off the floor LOL. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out my Facet Joint has popped out again. Hopefully I can get in Friday to see my physiotherapist David so he can fix the collateral damage from last week's war.

Thus, rather than leave the JimGym with nothing accomplished, I decided to try my hand at squats and do triples ramp up style. Lower back was mostly OK up until the last set and then it started to squawk. Quite happy I could at least squat up to 3PPS.

I may have to rest up the lower back this upcoming week, as it may take David a couple or more treatments to fix me up. If so, I'll do some light deload stuff, and then start week 8 off fresh. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

So, this is what my squats are like with a wonky back!

Squat
Bar X5
95 X5
115 X3
135 X2
185 X2
205 X1
225 X3
245 X3
265 X3
285 X3
300 X3
315 X3
315 X3
