Nice Rack pulls! I know what you mean, I did them for the first time last week and I think they are harder than from the floor too. At least at first. Getting used to that first pull off the pins is a killer.

Thanks Mike!! It's good to know I am not alone and crazy thinking the rack pulls were harder. That miss at 315 really had me messed up, so I just reset and worked up from there.

I'm going to ask JB, but my plan was to do the bench auxillary then deadlifts last. Not sure if you're supposed to do it that way, but it would give your back more time in between squats and deads.

So I finally got rid of my tricep DOMS today, only to be replaced by big time upper back DOMS. I must be doing something different lol.

Bench auxiliary day Thursday. I will be doing some Military Pressing, Arnold's, and Abwork. I am already looking forward to the AbDOMS on Friday since I haven't done any direct Abwork in like 6 months. I am such a slacker!

That's all folks for week 1!! This program is hard, no doubt about it. However, I love every set and rep. I am 100% confident this is going to produce PR's like crazy when all is said & done. I am going to make JB and myself proud - period. Bring on week2.
