Great to see the weight is going down, and the negative impacts of 1 tiny pill don't surprise me at all.

Again, was able to hold on to bar for all reps without resting bar on rails. I used to have to rest bar on rails in between reps, even with straps.

Pull Ups

Weighted pull-ups seen to be what my body wants to do.

Cardio
5K Jimtervals
23 Mins PR
This was the most intense cardio session I have ever done. I averaged 9.7 mph and had a peak speed of 11.5 mph on the sprints. I was just a really focused animal. What a freakin rush. I burned 670 cals in 23 mins. I looked like the Six Million Dollar Man. I was also able to explode from 7.0 mph to 11.5 in an instant on the speed intervals, even as the tension went from level 1 to 4. This was easily my best cardio ever.

This is the kind of intensity I am capable of. It really does carry over to my lifting and vice versa.
