I'm baaaaaaaaaaack!! And to celebrate, I had the best OHP day I have ever had in my 25+ years of lifting. Tears of joy baby, tears of overjoy.

Are you kidding me - my 1 RM from the beginning of cycle 6 was 190. This AM, 185 went up like it was nothing, even after doing my heavy 531 sets and 2 heavy singles beforehand. I'm literally stunned.

great work Jim, thats one hell of a session big man. 50 pull ups is outstanding mate and I know how long you have been working towards that. Same with the PP and al other exercises, you have make superb progress right through 5/3/1 mate and long may it continue.
