Oh, I was satisfied with the session Ravi, as my goal was 3 working sets. It did feel strange tho to not be able to do my assistance work.

Thanks Henry!!

No lifting Wednesday night, as there was a change in plans. My supervisor here at work, well her son is coming over tonight, as he is very interested in taking up lifting. He is 26, and lets just say has some issues with an addiction to alcohol.

I, as most of you know, almost became one myself, was almost killed being hit by a car when drunk, my best friends dad shot himself in the bathroom, as he was recovering from alcohol addiction, and both my parents were alcoholics. I have seen it all, and I am hoping I can help him get his life back in order.

Lord only knows how much help I have received over the years, so time to pay it forward.

I am not here to judge him nor lecture him. He has to choose which way he wants to go.

I am going to give him a goal as well - to compete at the GPC Nationals next May, along with me.
