Thanks DZ!! No quit in me, but I admit I am down in the dumps, sort of speak haha. It is discouraging tho when I already have such an incredible diet, and it doesn't seem good enough. The list of what I can eat can be counted with one hand.

Moving a lot of weight. Awesome squats.
Hope everything turns out on the health issues! I'm not sure I could even continue lifting after that, especially a heavy squat session. Testicular fortitude is high.

Thanks Tom and Hywelbane! Right beside my power rack, is a rough in for a toilet. Never thought I would need it until now.

At the end of the day, I am just glad I can lift, and that I have the Jimgym.

Speaking of Gyms, I now have a lifetime membership at the CrewGym. It cost me $1500.00, but never anymore dues for the rest of my life. It will pay for itself in 3 years, and then the rest is free until I meet my maker.

Have to bench today at home as well, as my system is acting up this morning.

JIMGYM SQUAT SESSION

I have decided to take a bit of a new direction with my training. I want to lose a few lbs, just a few, like 10 to 15 tops, and I am hoping doing so gets me out of this funk. I did some cardio today, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I am also going to do some more rep work, but also do a few singles here and there, as they are fun. I also want to continue doing Pendlay Rows, and start doing RDL's again, along with some block pulls. For my bench, I should probably start doing more CGBP and slingshot work, along with boards. For squats, I think I will squat 2X per week, and keep doing GHR's and Goblets. I think squatting 2X per week is doable for me, as long as I do not pull from the floor every week. I think I will pull from the floor every 3rd week, as I will be doing RDL's and block pulls the other 2 weeks.

I have to do my own thing for now, as I think JB is very busy with other things. I have emailed him a couple of times since the meet, and he replied that we would talk, but we haven't yet. I want him to be my coach dearly, and I am willing to wait for as long as it takes.

However, I am confident I have learned enough to go my own way for now.

I wasn't feeling any pull love today, as I was still thrashed from last Thursday's 365 5X5. So, just did a few pulls and moved on.
