They look ATG to me. That's about as deep as deep can get with that slightly wide stance.

Thanks so much Carl I didn't know there was such a thing as too low. Your a wealth of knowledge mate. I am such an idiot for thinking they were not deep. When I first saw the vid, I thought Damn, I wanted to go deeper. I thought they were parallel.

I'm pretty sure its on my middle traps. I'm going to take a rear vid next week and let you tell me if I'm a low bar or high bar squatter.

Thanks Timbo And to think I wasn't entirely happy with my squats this morning. I couldn't be happier now for sure. I really feel 405 for reps below parallel is just around the corner. Will for sure have to order my belt soon.

The fact that you dont use a belt for those beastly squats is a testement to your cor strength Jim. With your abs braced against a belt (for the top set only please ) I think you are good for a fair few more pound mate.

Sorry i'm late to the party with this log but man do i love the enthusiasm. You look so pumped when you finish a big lift its like a little kid at christmas. I frickin love it. Keep pushin and good luck with the goal #'s.
