That slingshot press was very strong. Watch the end of the video as well when you rack the bar, you can see how much you have retracted your shoulders as you untuck them to re rack: more solid form progress there. Nice one.

Your very observant Big Al! I noticed that too, but didn't realize what it meant. If I can keep that form 3PPS might not be as far away as first thought!

Thanks Big Al!!

BIOMAT RECOVERY TEST SESSION #1

So, as you all know, my lower back was super thrashed and achy and painy Tuesday night, due to all the real life work from Friday until Tuesday night, squatting on Sunday, and benching yesterday. I have now slept on the Biomat for 2 nights, so I wanted to test the recovery of my lower back. Normally, my lower back would have needed at least 4 days, if not 5, to recover enough to do what I did tonight. It has only been 2 nights. Lower back felt absolutely great! Utterly amazing recovery for me. Nuff said.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
