THE SQUATATRON SESSIONS CYCLE 1 WEEK2 DAY 1 OHP

Pressing was real hard tonight - 5th reps were not grinders but definitely next to fail, so weight selecction was bang on.

Accessory lifts were also just right, as I will not kill myself on assistance anymore like I did in the past. I feel my selection of lifts and volume is just right and will serve me well on the Bench Press. Those dang pauses on Incline Bench are tough!

OHP
Strict except 150X5 which was Push Press

Happy with 130 X5 for all 3 sets!
All OHP elements are here I feel, and of course a 20 repper to finish me off.

There is room for progression on the paused inclines, but they get tough real fast.
