I saw the video before the post and was impressed by how little your hands were trembling and now I understand why. Good news Jim. I expect those weights to make very steady progress for a long time yet.

Also for no back pain.

You'll get the 500. It will come when you least expect it.

Have you found that weight training in general improves your CNS with this condition, or has no impact?

Jim, it's a Good Thing (tm) that you're now able to attempt deadlifting strapless. I know I once gave you a little bit of a hard time with it, but hearing that your tremors are more under control makes me a very happy camper. I'm doubly (or is it triply) happy that your back is recovered to the point where you can deadift again. Squatter on the mend = a very good thing

PS: Does Mrs. Squatter know that you kiss the iron? She might get jealous...

Love your attitude Jim, and your passion for the sport is inspiring! I'm glad you can once again enjoy another aspect of it.

Thanks Big Daddy Al Yup, I got lots of time and lots of progress to make to reach that elusive 500 without straps.

Thanks Carl I now prefer to do it strapless, but if I'm close and just can't swing it without straps, I'll put em on and go for it, and then duplicate the feat strapless as soona s my grip catches up. Haha - I'll down a whole bottle of those pills if I have too (J/K)

No pain today for front squats as well!!! I also did some RDL's pain free. Full report tonight.

Thanks Steve. I least expect it now, so I hope it comes next week Going strapless will just delay the inevitable

During my lifting, the shaking gets worse and worse as the routine rolls on and stays bad all day as my muscles are fatigued ( I think my muscles help counter the shaking somewhat) I generally have no shakes right when I awake. On non training days the tremors were unpredictable.

It means alot to me that you are pleased with my plan. I don't remember you ever giving me ahrd time about it tho. The bak seems to be getting better by the day, but still sometimes aches a bit too much for my liking.

Mrs Squatter has been jealous of my love affair for years. I reckon she has built up a tolerance

Thnaks so much Ken - I sure appreciate it.

Hope the tremors have settled. Great to see you deadlifting without straps, though, in my book both are equal...and even with straps, I wouldn't be able to shift that weight from the floor
