Thanks Ravi!! Indeed, I am so excited to get to 300 full ROM! Raw progression will follow for sure, and I have a good chance to hit 315 raw this winter. DOMS are here for sure today, but Ark 3 is keeping them under control.

Cheers Carl!! Killer indeed - on the 2nd set I so wanted to stop at 20. I am not used to the high reps of course, as the most I have done of late is 8. Ya never know what you'll progress to, so maybe you will be able to do a 20 repper before ya know it. maybe when i come to the UK in the next few years you will be ready!
