Haha - your as sharp as a tack - I do anticipate living o 100 tho

I expect my bench and push press to progress. Deadlift and squat I'm not sure since I have to layoff them for awhile. Goals are still the same tho:

1 PPS BB Curl
2 PPS PUsh Press
3 PPS Bench Press
4 PPS squat ATG and to rep it.
5 PPS Deadlift

I only count the weight at the low end of the bar, and I do not count the bar. After every set, I cannot help but drop to the floor - that's how brutal these are, but they sure are fun I love 'em.


Absolutely no Beasts were harmed in the making of this video.

Nice! I have to wrap a huge blanket around the bar just to survive donkeys.

Thats one serious squat session and Im am over the moon that there were no recurrence of the back issues

I have never seen donkey squats before, they look brutal!

Sounds like a lot of leg DOMS tomorrow!!!!

Thanks so very much Steve. I remember your vid and the big blanket. It is nice tho that the bar does not bother my back one bit. I sure do love to hate Donkey Squats. I'm hooked on them.

Thanks Carl!! That is exactly the squat sesh I will be doing for the next month or two. I really like it. It's unique, effective, and best of all doesn't bother my back at all.

Thanks mate Steve introduced them to me last year, and I instantly fell in love with them. They are brutally fun, thats for sure. So far, no DOMS to report tho.
