I saw the 5000 attempt on youtube Jim. Keep setting rep PRs and you will get their! You know more than me the temptation to go heavy Bench looking solid today.

Thanks Ben!! Indeed I will get it - just via a different route (instinctive training). Indeed, we sometimes have to resist the temptation. It's like chocolate!

I think with someone handing off for you and helping to get that bar further out, you'd smoke those. Still comfortable as it was. Nice one.

Last week with the Crew I also had an issue with the bar not quite far enough out. Not sure why I aam doing that, except to say that maybe I am a bit paranoid because if it goes to far out, I will injure my forearm. That's what caused my last forearm issue.

I will be lifting with the Crew more regularly now, as my crazy busy weekends are settling down. Haven't even had time to drive the Mustang in 2 months.

SQUAT DAY

Not sure why I did some deads today, but I did. Thought I'd try some Sumo's. I like them, but I don't like Knurly Knees. Not sure what to do about that. Maybe I should wear my Rehband Knee Sleeves?

Nice benching Jimbro! Watch that right happy foot when you unrack. I lose every bit of tightness when that happens to me. Was much better on the SS.
