Gutted to hear what your uncle said, Jim. I would absolutely read any book you wrote.

Also, have you considered studying dietetics? I feel like your diet has had such an integral role over the past year and you really could make a major difference in that field. But, with that said, that wouldn't directly involving training people.

Thanks for that Henry!! I have been thinking about a book. I was thinking of many of an interesting event during my childhood, teens, and later years.

I have thought about the nutrition field. Your right about that tho, my diet has had a huge impact on my life, especially this past year. Who would have thunk that potatoes and the like were causing so much damage? The thing is is that I do not have proof of it per se, as I made wholesale changes all at once, as I did not have time to experiment with one thing at a time.
