225 on the GM's is pretty impressive in its own right!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Thanks Dave!! Words like that mean alot to me for a lift I have had to fight to get back to the point where I can now start to set single and rep PR's.

Knee wraps are great!! For this session, I did not wrap them as tight as before. Up until now, I felt like my legs were being strangled and I was starting to get ill. This was becoming a distraction. I may not get quite the effect from them if they are not as tight, but I don't care.

My knees are sure thanking me for getting them.
