The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks OR!! Your right, progression is very transparent on this routine and it is fun to get angry and pumped up to beat the reps the following week. I will never be denied 2 weeks in a row!!

Indeed they were Rich, and since I love playing with fire, sort of speak, haha, I lit my bi's up as well.

Topless vids are for the ladies! haha. I like doing them sometimes to gauge how lean I am and since I don't know how to pose really, to see my back muscles.

Indeed, Chad, I am healthy, thanks in big part to Lisa. I am on a custom supplement program, and my diet has changed alot as well. Not only am I gluten free, but I am dairy & soy free, and nightshade plant free. Nightshades are known to cause inflammation in those with auto immune issues. They include potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, chili's, eggplant, etc and even tobacco.

About 3 weeks after making these diet and supp changes, my vision was noticeably improved as the birdshot stabilized and is really actually dormant right now, and my lower back arthritis reduced to a mild state. It appears as tho my body was a walking ball of inflammation before and I didn't even realize it.

You truly are what you eat. My diet is pretty much Paleo now. The only grain I now eat is brown rice with Quinoa. I don't really miss any foods as I never had any food addictions. Being void of food addictions is the key element in diet control. I have 100% control on my diet and its showing in the gym.
