I can't help but think you should be incline pressing a lot more with your flat bench strength.

Nice weight and reps on the presses.

Isn't it a fun way to train? It's like training on two fronts; If the single feels heavy then you have a chance to make it up on reps and build strength, if the reps weren't there then maybe the single felt really easy and it built a lot of confidence going into the next session.

Thanks Ravi!! Indeed, I am more dialed in now and able to add weight on all 3 lifts. Deadlifts are not part of the regular program I am using from Off Road.

Thanks Fen!! I am liking the bodybuilding style alot, which is a good thing as it is not good for me to be maxing very often like I used to. I am also adjusting which is good. Staying tight on bench for so many reps is a huge challenge tho.

I liked doing them so much that I am going to keep them in weekly rotation as assistance on OHP day. Thanks Al!!

Thanks OR!! Indeed, its fun and I am loving it. Your right, usually one or the other will feel better and sometimes both, but rarely will both feel too heavy. I feel Iam more dialed into the training maxes as well.

Singles do indeed build confidence and 9 times out of 10 make the reps feel lighter when dialed in well.

I really love this program and am so pumped to hit it hard each time.
